ID Card Data ID documents collected during booking are used for identity verification only and are stored securely. They are not shared with any external parties.

Data Security We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.

Free Cancellation Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the advance deposit.

Partial Refund Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the advance deposit.

No Refund Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

No-Show In case of a no-show without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged with no refund.

How to Cancel Email us at oniraluxurystay@gmail.com or call us with your booking reference at least 48 hours before check-in.

Booking Confirmation A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance deposit and written confirmation from Onira Luxury Stays.

Guest Responsibilities Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in the same condition as upon arrival. Any damages will be charged to the guest.

Prohibited Activities Smoking, parties, events, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Maximum Occupancy The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for each property.

Right to Refuse Onira Luxury Stays reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kerala, India.
